As a designer I have the right to refuse any project or commission.

The projects I handle are digital goods, meaning that they will not be sent in any physical form.

The commissioned designs are delivered as static images, i.e., they will not be sent with any kind of animation.

If you need the commission to be kept private, you must agree it with me previously, otherwise I have the right to publish the worked design to any of my social networks.

The commissioned work may not be edited, copied or traced either by the client or by third parties.

Approximate lead time to complete a job is 3 to 6 weeks.

I will send updates as I go along with each design, but you can request an update at any time.

In case of any delay, I will inform the client.

All payment is in USD and trough PayPal invoice

100% of the payment is required to be upfront to start the work

Projects that for any reason cannot be completed can be cancelled and refunded.

A full refund may be requested as long as the work has not been started.

If after sending the first update the client decides to request a refund, it cannot be done unless I, as the designer, do not comply with the terms and dates agreed upon.

Deadlines, if any, must be communicated in advance before starting the project.

Once the job is accepted, I will request a moodboard image to give me a better visual idea of how to carry out the commissioned design. I will also send a brief with short questions for the client to answer in order to deliver a job that they can feel more satisfied with. I will send an initial draft so that the client can review it and request changes to their liking. Once accepted I will continue with the work until it is finished. The client can request updates during this process.

Once the final version of the design has been submitted, the client may request a final correction before sending all files to finalize the work.

Overly drastic or continuous corrections will be rejected or accepted with an extra fee.

The finished works will be sent to the client's mail, who is obliged to download and maintain them over time.

Any type of correction or suggested work outside of the initial time frame worked out with the client will only be accepted with the agreement of the client at an extra fee.

Stream charts design submitted count as commercial work.

I will keep the rights of the worked designs and I will be able to publish them in my social networks and portfolio.

The client must use the delivered work for the initial purpose for which it was agreed.

Clients can post the submitted designs to their respective social networks with due credit to me, please @ my Twitter account (Dankuri_r). Clients may not claim the autorship of the commission itself.
